Sensient Technologies Corporation in Lerma, Mexico is seeking a Process Engineer Manager to lead the process engineering function at the site. You will drive continuous improvement, mentor the team, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with plant personnel and global teams, oversee new product launches, optimize workflows, and manage process control systems and ERP implementations like JD Edwards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 7–10 years of process engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience with plant-level process control and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control production processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the process engineering team and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive optimization to reduce cycle times and variability on the plant floor.
• Lead projects from development to implementation and plant transfer.
• Collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams, including in St. Louis.
