Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst to strengthen automated quality practices for complex game systems. You will design advanced automated tests, extend scripts, and improve reliability while collaborating with multi-national engineers to deliver stable automation results.

Responsibilities include expanding automation coverage, analyzing logs, and translating manual test requirements into executable specs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quality engineering or software testing experience.
• Test automation programming and scripting experience.
• Senior-level ownership and technical mentorship skills.
• Strong project collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong C++ programming skills for test development.
• Strong test automation framework skills with Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to defect investigation.
• Excellent communication for clear technical documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems.
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient.
• Extend existing automated scripts to keep pace with feature changes.
• Improve test reliability by identifying and fixing flaky or unstable checks.
• Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate intermittent issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide automated reproduction steps and technical context.
• Monitor automation pipeline health and execution efficiency within CI/CD systems.
• Validate that automation results are stable, actionable, and trustworthy.
• Translate manual test requirements into executable technical specifications.
• Advise the studio on effective use of automation tools and frameworks.
