EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the engineering department. You will translate complex business problems into detailed, high-quality requirements for software development and collaborate with multi-national teams throughout the SDLC.

You will elicit and document requirements, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and work closely with QA and business users to validate delivered software meets original business needs.

Formación

• 3+ years of BA experience in IT or software development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail domains
• English proficiency at C1 or higher

Responsabilidades

• Gather, clarify, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze as-is processes and design to-be workflows
• Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria (Gherkin/BDD)
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business units during SDLC
• Support QA and UAT to ensure delivered software meets requirements
