EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and software teams. You will understand complex problems, analyze workflows, and elicit high-quality requirements for engineers to transform into working software.

In this role you will translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure alignment with Agile processes across international projects.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
• Ability to break down complex systems into clear components and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint cycles.
• Experience documenting requirements using Jira, Confluence, Miro or Visio.
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail domains.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business units, product managers, and users to gather and document comprehensive requirements.
• Analyze current processes, design improved to-be workflows, and address pain points.
• Translate needs into user stories with acceptance criteria, using Gherkin/BDD when suitable.
• Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and business units throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with QA and users to validate delivered software against requirements, supporting UAT.
