EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with software development teams. You will collect, refine, and document requirements, map current workflows, and translate them into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers across international teams, apply Agile practices, and ensure the delivered software meets business goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with experience in sprint cycles

Responsabilidades

• Gather, refine, and record thorough functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze current business processes and design improved workflows
• Translate needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and Gherkin/BDD where suitable
• Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the SDLC
• Assist QA and users to ensure delivered software meets original requirements and supports UAT
