Hitachi Vantara in Mexico City seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to advance FP&A and analytics capabilities. You will design enterprise BI solutions, implement Fabric components, and translate data into executive-ready insights for finance and operations.

You will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, drive automation, and mentor teams while partnering with leaders to align KPI definitions and reporting needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, FP&A analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced Power BI proficiency: data modeling, DAX, semantic modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Direct Lake, Lakehouse, or modern data architectures.
• Python for data transformation or automation.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and KPI analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions with data models and dashboards.
• Implement Microsoft Fabric components and apply Medallion architecture to analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to design ETL/ELT pipelines and validate data.
• Develop advanced DAX measures and KPIs aligned with financial needs.
• Establish BI development standards and governance across the analytics platform.
• Develop standardized financial reporting for forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead FP&A modernization through automation and AI-assisted analytics.
• Implement scalable reporting processes to improve accuracy and cycle times.
• Serve as analytics partner to leaders across Finance & Operations.
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and train teams.
