Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Mexico is seeking a Power BI Developer & Reporting Analyst to translate data into actionable insights. The role supports Sales Operations with dashboards, reports, and data management in a hybrid work model requiring two days per week at an office.

You will design Power BI solutions, manage data connections, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver executive level analytics.

Formación

• Proven experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Power Query and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data quality and automate reporting processes.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
