Hach, part of Veralto, is hiring a FP&A Senior Analyst in Mexico City. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the organization, partnering with Finance, Commercial and Operations to enable profitable growth.

This hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) offers opportunities to build financial models, run scenario analyses, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Bachelor’s degree required and English proficiency essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Cost Finance, or related finance functions.
• Experience supporting annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Maintain financial models, planning assumptions, and risks & opportunities tracking.
• Analyze business performance across revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, profitability, headcount, and working capital to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior-year results and present insights to business leadership.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools to support strategic and operational decision-making.
