Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of BI Modeling & Dashboard Design in Mexico City, hybrid work. You will design, build, and govern scalable BI dashboards to enable commercial decision-making across GCA's Performance Analytics and Insights group.

You will own data modeling, standards, and data integrity while mentoring analysts and partnering with stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required to support enterprise analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, engineering, statistics, business or related field.
• 7+ years in business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics delivery.
• Ownership of end-to-end dashboard development for operational or commercial decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau/Power BI and lightweight analytical apps or reporting tools (Python/Streamlit or React).
• SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, validation.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and structured datasets.
• Validation checks, reconciliation logic, and refresh monitoring experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English for engagement with U.S. stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to support recurring commercial reporting.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured dashboard solutions with clear narratives.
• Own end-to-end dashboard development including data modeling and visualization.
• Develop and maintain SQL logic for data extraction, transformation and validation.
• Integrate data from Snowflake, files, APIs, and enterprise systems; ensure data pipelines.
• Define BI architecture standards and governance for dashboards and access control.
• Mentor analysts and align priorities with stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive analytics initiatives.
