• Typically 6–10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related areas.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with data modeling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for workforce planning and labor strategy.
• Build and maintain data models, analytics, and reporting using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Standardize reporting, automate processes, and drive AI-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT to implement integrated processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics and facilitate data-driven decisions.
