Bkaya is building embedded financial products and digital accounts in Mexico. You will own the top and middle of the partnership funnel end to end, sourcing, opening CEO/C-1 level doors, and closing commercial agreements that become live integrations.

We expect a senior yet high-potential profile with access at executive level, capable of building a system from the ground up, leveraging automation and tooling. This role requires in-person presence in Mexico City with some US/LATAM travel.

Formación

• 6–10+ years in business development or related roles.
• Access at C-level in Mexican retail, consumer, mobility, telco, or financial services.
• Proven ownership of a full commercial cycle: sourcing, qualification, negotiation, contracting, launch.
• Commercial fluency: unit economics, take rates, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Prior fintech experience in the Mexican market.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and pipeline development from 0→1.
• Build and own target partner map across sectors (retail, mobility, telco, etc.).
• Reactivate backlog of opportunities with clear rationale.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder organizations to close deals.
• Hand over signed partners with commercial baseline and stay as escalation point.
