The BD Manager will drive strategic B2B expansion by forming embedded-finance, referral, and co-marketing partnerships to scale distribution in the fintech ecosystem.

Formación

• 4–6 years of proven B2B business development & partnership experience strictly within Digital Finance, Fintech, E‑commerce, or Tech Platform ecosystems.
• Direct experience with embedded finance, digital lending partnerships, or CPA/CPL distribution channels.
• Advanced / Business Fluent English (C1) for communication with international executives.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and pitching target digital finance, tech platforms, ecommerce ecosystems, and fintech players to structure partnerships (embedded finance, referral networks, co‑marketing, and co‑lending).
• Negotiate and close complex B2B partnership agreements, defining revenue-share, CPA/CPL, and risk parameters.
• Engage with senior executive counterparts, managing deals from initial contact to launch.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Marketing to align structures with underwriting and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor channel performance and optimize metrics like conversion, CAC, and lead volume for long‑term success.
