Fanatics Collectibles in Mexico City is establishing a new technology hub focused on operational excellence, platform scalability, trust, and customer experience across global Fanatics platforms.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable backend services, collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams, and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards and practices.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing scalable distributed systems and backend platforms.
• Expertise in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud-native architectures and services.
• Experience with event-driven systems and service integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of scalable operational platforms and backend services.
• Architect systems supporting customer operations, fraud detection workflows, dispute management, payment operations, and trust tooling.
• Drive technical initiatives that improve automation, operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, CX Operations, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Improve system observability, resiliency, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and incident response efforts.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical coaching.
• Drive engineering standards, development processes, and technical best practices.
