Coforge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years in backend development to join our Websites Engineering Team in a hybrid onsite role in Hermosillo or Mexico City. You will design and build API-based services that scale, focusing on performance, observability, security, and reliability.

You will own health and uptime of key systems, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product, engineering, and infra teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of backend development with microservices, APIs, and high-scale systems.
• Experience with PHP, Symfony or Laravel, and Node.js ecosystems.
• Hands-on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and production deployment/observability.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop high-performance, API-based backend services.
• Own health and uptime of business-critical systems; participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and infra teams to meet requirements and roadmaps.
• Champion CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security practices across the lifecycle.
• Document API designs, architectures, and procedures for self-service use.
