Clara, the leading B2B fintech in Latin America, seeks a Senior Backend Engineer with frontend competency for a hybrid role in our Payments Tribe. You will build secure backend services in Java/SpringBoot, connect to local payment networks, and contribute to React frontend and internal tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with heavy Backend/Systems focus.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.
• Frontend competency with React (Hooks, state management).
• Experience designing RESTful and event-driven services (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Architect core backend infrastructure and secure services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Optimize data processing and system latency for high availability.
• Bridge backend with React frontend and internal tooling.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows and tooling.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers through code/design reviews.
• Own observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing.
