Clara is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to own backend and frontend development in the Collections squad. You’ll ship end-to-end features from data models to customer-facing interfaces in a high-ownership role, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.

You'll design backend services, build React + TypeScript interfaces, and manage data with PostgreSQL and Redis in a distributed microservices environment while embracing AI-assisted coding to boost productivity.

Formación

• 3–5 years backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge and distributed systems fundamentals.
• CI/CD, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• AI-augmented development is part of daily workflow (AI tools usage).
• Proactive, identifying gaps before being asked.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement backend services in Java + Spring Boot focusing on payments, collections, and reconciliation.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces in React + TypeScript across both layers.
• Model data and manage PostgreSQL and Redis for transactional and caching needs.
• Work with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) in a distributed microservices environment.
• Build and secure RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Leverage AI coding tools as part of the workflow and review code accordingly.
• Collaborate with Pod Lead and PM to translate product needs into technical decisions.
