PALO IT is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java/React) to build end-to-end features across backend and frontend. You will contribute to architecture decisions, mentor teammates, and work in a cloud-native, AI-first delivery model.

You will design robust backend services with Java/Spring Boot and craft responsive React UIs with TypeScript, while ensuring quality and scalable software delivery in a collaborative, agile environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience delivering production software with Java and React.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot building APIs and backend services.
• Solid React experience (TypeScript preferred) and API integration.
• Strong understanding of API design, patterns, and web fundamentals.
• Strong SQL and relational DB performance optimization.
• Proven testing, code reviews, and maintainable architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java (11/17+) and Spring Boot.
• Build and evolve frontend apps using React and TypeScript with responsive UX.
• Define and maintain robust REST API contracts and OpenAPI/Swagger docs.
• Apply Clean Architecture and SOLID to scale codebases.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and optimize data modeling and queries.
• Implement asynchronous patterns (Kafka/RabbitMQ) with idempotency and tracing.
• Build quality in testing strategies, code reviews, and CI automation.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Improve observability with logs, metrics, tracing, and incident response.
