Onetree is seeking a Backend Developer to design, architect, and build scalable backend systems. You will contribute across the full SDLC and help deliver robust APIs in a collaborative, senior team.

The role requires 5+ years of senior experience with Node.js and Python, deep OOP/SOLID understanding, and cloud proficiency (AWS/GCP/Azure). You will work in a hybrid model from Mexico City, focusing on secure, well-tested backend architectures.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of proven senior-level experience in a Backend Developer role.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Node.js and Python.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest and Pytest.
• Expertise in GIT version control and SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven experience in Software Architecture, specifically with Microservices.
• Strong soft skills: Data analysis, Leadership, Decision-making, Communication, Planning, and Organization.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop functional and scalable applications across the full SDLC.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure high quality.
• Create scalable and maintainable code and APIs.
• Design and develop robust APIs, including client-side and server-side architecture.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and consumption needs.
• Implement security configurations and data protection protocols.
• Draft clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
