Panthorix is seeking a senior backend engineer to own backend architecture for client projects, focusing on data modeling, API design, and scalable services. You will collaborate with QA and delivery to ensure production readiness.

Responsibilities include designing APIs, defining data models and migrations, optimizing queries, guiding architecture decisions with the team, and mentoring junior engineers. 100% remote within Mexico with legal benefits and training budgets.

Formación

• 5+ years building production backends.
• Strong Python or Node.js skills.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical clients.
• Nice to have: experience with message queues and background jobs.
• Nice to have: experience leading technical discovery with clients.
• 100% remote within Mexico.
