Jabil seeks an Automation Engineering leader to plan, organize, and direct the Automation Engineering Department to meet company objectives.

The role emphasizes recruitment, staff development, performance management, and effective communication to drive engineering excellence across internal and external customers within the campus.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring safety compliance while aligning with Design Services strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of eight years experience; Masters preferred; two+ years project management encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, and hire team members for Automation Engineering Department.
• Coach and mentor Automation Engineering staff to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Establish clear measurable goals and monitor performance against project timelines and training documentation.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and recognize rewards fairly within the area of responsibility.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs for the department.
