Jabil is seeking a senior leader for Test Engineering to drive strategy, manage people and equipment, and deliver innovative test solutions. You will recruit, coach, and develop managers, set clear performance goals, and push continuous improvement across the team.

The role emphasizes cost control, process optimization, and coordinating large teams to meet project timelines while ensuring top quality customer outcomes.

Formación

• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, boards of directors.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Test Engineering Managers.
• Coach Test Engineering Managers in interviewing/hiring processes.
• Identify individual and team development needs; create training curricula.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction through metrics and process optimization.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum of 7 years work-related experience; minimum of 5 years management experience
