Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 12+ years of related engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Lead Engineer.
• Market sector specific requirements or equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design teams through full product development to production.
• Represent Jabil Engineering Services in technical customer discussions.
• Mentor engineering staff and guide processes for design.
• Lead remote development teams across locations.
• Define DOE, CPK, and Gage R&R objectives for projects.
• Develop platform and product architectures with senior staff.
