Job summary

AIG Seguros Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Auto Appraisal Supervisor to lead an appraisal team.

You will authorize appraisals, conduct reinspections, and drive timely delivery of repaired units while maintaining KPI targets. This role requires strong negotiation and policy-interpretation skills and a commitment to in-office collaboration. Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
• Knowledge of vehicle valuation systems.
• Experience supervising repair shops and coordinating with external vendors.
• Ability to interpret policy language accurately.
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR.

Responsibilities

• Authorize appraisals for your department and shops (≈150 per month).
• Perform minimum reinspections for workshops under your supervision.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of repaired units.
• Conduct KPI evaluations and calibrate performance per guidelines.
• Maintain KPIs and ensure claims are assessed and booked within service levels.
