Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves claims using approved handling and settlement techniques.
• Maintains documentation and diary notes; ensures timely processing and closure.
• Communicates with parties to meet service levels and policy procedures.
• Sets reserves within authority and monitors financial impact.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and fraud indicators.
• Manages vendor and litigation interactions for complex claims.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to share updates and feedback.
• Continues to contribute to best practice procedures for auto complex claims.
