Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico seeks a Customer Service professional to address inquiries, manage orders, and support on-time delivery. You will interact with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and escalate complex issues when needed.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service or related areas, a Bachelor's degree, SAP experience, and advanced English skills to communicate effectively with clients and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Logistics, or related areas.
• Experience interacting with customers and cross-functional teams to manage orders and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Communicate daily with customers to provide updated status on purchase orders, delivery dates, and demand-related requirements.
• Follow up on production orders to ensure compliance with plans and communicate risks or deviations.
• Monitor shipments and deliveries to achieve on-time delivery targets.
• Utilize SAP to manage and track orders, inventory levels, material requirements, and inquiries.
• Review inventory levels and material availability to identify supply or fulfillment risks.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Order Release teams to execute plans.
• Escalate material shortages or production issues impacting customer service performance.
• Generate reports and analyses related to inventory, delivery performance, backlog, and order fulfillment.
• Interact with customers via phone or email, resolving inquiries and providing product/service information.
• Develop documentation and procedures to support issue resolution and follow-up.
