Carrier in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage end-to-end procurement and supply for equipment, parts, and materials from intercompany plants and suppliers.

You will create and manage POs in the ERP, track shipments, coordinate imports, and ensure timely material arrival at Carrier Transicold warehouses in Mexico and Panama.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3–5 years in procurement or logistics, advanced Excel, JD Edwards experience, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, international logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of import and export processes.
• Understanding of international logistics and transportation.
• Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Issue purchase orders to intercompany plants and external suppliers.
• Follow up on order confirmations, delivery dates, and supplier lead times.
• Manage PO changes, cancellations, and expedite requests.
• Escalate supply risks and delivery delays.
• Monitor open POs from creation to receipt and backlogs.
• Coordinate international shipments and track ETD/ETA milestones.
• Coordinate all import documentation and liaise with customs brokers.
• Ensure timely arrival of materials at Carrier Transicold warehouses in Mexico and Panama.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales.
