Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and production operations, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement to meet key KPIs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality and safety, manage production schedules, and partner with customers to align on service levels while fostering an environment of accountability and operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience leading production teams and driving operational performance through KPI management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures quality items for multiple cells or a complex cell meet established standards.
• Guides cost reduction and process improvement across cells.
• Plans and executes scheduling for multiple cells to meet production schedules.
• Guides work sequencing to optimize productivity.
• Supervises materials and logistics problem resolution for availability and smooth operations.
• Manages cell performance and productivity to maximize output.
• Guides production innovation, including additive manufacturing, to enhance capabilities.
• Interfaces with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfactory service.
