Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico seeks an experienced Delivery Assurance professional to manage tracking and shipping processes, implementing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor suppliers, mitigate risks, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with procurement, quality, and operations to remove bottlenecks and maintain schedule. Requires MRP, SAP, a Bachelor's degree, and 3 years in a similar role.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using SAP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Supplier Monitoring: Track the flow of critical parts through supplier facilities from raw materials to final delivery.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans for shortages or capacity constraints.
• Expediting & Reporting: Provide daily status reports, maintain open order reports, and brief leadership on delivery commitments.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate reasons for delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Manages delivery assurance processes and/or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives.
• Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub‑process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on‑time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on‑time delivery.
• Implements process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.
• Collaborates with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impacts on a business in the case of shortages.
• Ensures timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.
