• Bachelor's degree required; ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related fields
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and project management; people management experience is a plus

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple analysts and deadlines

• Lead AR dispute management process and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate with UGMs, Local Admins, and US Markets for approvals and dispute resolution
• Develop and maintain AR reporting using SAP S/4, ERT, Power BI, and Excel
• Monitor non-response trends and prepare audit-ready docs for reviews
• Lead monthly operational reviews with US stakeholders to align on issues
