Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst to guide cross-functional technology teams in delivering integrated solutions and high-impact enhancements.

You will define system scope, mentor junior staff, and help shape technology strategy with a focus on reliability and security. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in large development projects and a proactive risk-aware mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define system enhancements; analyze and implement solutions.
• Provides expertise in apps support at an advanced level.
• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution; documents requirements.
• Collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to document system impacts and support requirements.
• Considers implications of technology in the current environment.
• Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact; proposes mitigations.
• Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.
• Provides in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Influences strategic functional decisions through advice and services.
• Persuades and influences others with strong communication and diplomacy.
• Performs other duties as assigned; ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
