Citi is seeking an Applications Development Senior Manager in Mexico City to lead engineering teams and drive strategic initiatives across platforms. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements, while managing budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires senior experience in applications development, cloud and integration know-how, and proven leadership in a financial services setting. Full-time, on-site in Mexico City.

Formación

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Financial Services.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager and senior level in the domain.
• Stakeholder and people management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more Applications Development teams to achieve goals and handle personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review proposed technical solutions for projects and contribute to strategy.
• Monitor delivery, assist in budget management, and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and company policies.
