Citigroup seeks an Applications Support Sr Analyst to provide technical and business support for Citi Applications, delivering rapid issue resolution and driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness across the platform.

The role requires 5-8 years in application support, experience with installing, configuring or supporting business applications, and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-IT staff. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Formación

• 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.

Responsabilidades

• The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, delivering quick resolutions to app issues and driving stability and efficiency.
• Maintains application systems that are in daily operation.
• Manages and supports applications and their environments focusing on stability, quality and functionality against SLAs.
• Performs start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring and regional handovers.
• Performs same-day risk reconciliations and develops/maintains technical support documentation.
• Acts as SME to stakeholders and mentors junior analysts.
