Qualifications

3+ years of experience in L2 application support for banking/financial apps.
Hands-on with Linux, Unix, SQL, Mainframe and Oracle Database in production support.
Knowledge of incident and problem management aligned to ITIL.
Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken form.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver L2 application support for banking and financial systems and coordinate remediation with technology partners.
Manage the full incident and problem lifecycle with structured tools and clear reporting to stakeholders.
Act as liaison between business users and internal technology teams and vendors.
Coordinate post-release validation checks to confirm system integrity after deployments.
Develop and maintain technical support documentation for the wider team.
Participate in disaster recovery assessments and stability initiatives.
