Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of professional ML or data engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and real‑world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS SageMaker or Databricks is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines and segmentation to support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Write clean, production‑quality Python, PySpark, and SQL code.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers and engineers to deliver data‑driven products.
