Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize AI models and tools to solve complex problems and enhance our products.

You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers, research the latest AI advancements, monitor model performance, and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders. A strong background in ML frameworks and cloud deployment is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG and Agentic AI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for technology and keeping up with industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary.
• Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively.
• Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company.
