MezTal is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software solutions. You will build models, evaluate new AI approaches, and productionize capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Mexico and the United States.

The role requires strong programming fundamentals, hands-on ML experience, and excellent English communication. A hybrid work setup and opportunities to work with evolving AI technologies are offered.

Formación

• Professional experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with ML models, frameworks, and data-driven systems.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools quickly.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams or stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving product environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Build and integrate ML models into software products.
• Explore emerging AI models, frameworks, and tools.
• Prototype new AI/ML capabilities and productionize them.
• Create data-driven features to support analysis and decisions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable production code.
• Collaborate with tech, product, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to architectural and engineering decisions.
• Stay current with ML, generative AI, LLMs, and AI-enabled software engineering.
