adaption is seeking a senior AI Research role focused on building evolving models with efficiency and intelligent interface design. You will push real-time learning, gradient-free exploration, and cross-discipline collaboration across software, hardware, and algorithms.

Formación

• PhD or equivalent research experience in computer science.
• 4-5+ years of industry experience in ML research.
• Publishing record at ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, ICLR, EMNLP.
• Deep expertise in model efficiency, real-time alignment or optimization.
• Systems thinking to optimize across the full ML stack.
• Strong Python and DL framework skills (PyTorch/JAX/TensorFlow).
• Knowledge of RLHF and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience in an industry lab with computing at scale.
