Capgemini Engineering in Mexico seeks an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions for complex business challenges. You will leverage ML models, LLMs, and RAG architectures to deliver production-ready applications.

The role requires strong Python skills, experience with ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD. Collaboration with data scientists and product teams is essential for delivering high-value, responsible AI solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Eng, or related roles.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML or Generative AI in production.
• Strong Python and software development practices.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, scalable backends.
• Familiarity with vector DBs like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience on at least one cloud: GCP, Azure, AWS.
• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
• Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions for business challenges.
• Build and optimize ML models and LLM apps, including RAG architectures.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services for AI features.
• Leverage cloud-native AI platforms (GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini) for production-ready apps.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Use vector databases and embeddings to enhance solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure performance, reliability, security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
• Provide technical guidance on solution design and deployment strategies across AI initiatives.
