Pencil is seeking an Agent Architect to design the brain of its creative AI system. You will engineer behavior, bridge creative intent and machine execution, and ensure robust, scalable outputs across text, image, and video for many brands.

Role focuses on core systems, client solutions, and building scalable frameworks, with collaboration across AI Engineering, Product, and clients to deliver deterministic AI workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of direct GenAI experience with large language models and multimodal models.
• Systems thinking: understand context, latent space, and how outputs become inputs.
• Strong technical literacy with Python, JSON, and API documentation; familiarity with orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows including task decomposition, state management, and tool-use (RAG, API integrations).
• Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale (LLM-as-a-judge, evaluation tooling).
• Create reusable agents and prompt libraries to support 1,000+ brands with unique voices.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering and Product teams to decide prompting/RAG/fine-tuning boundaries.
• Lead client deployments, translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows.
