Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Control & Reporting Accountant to lead financial reporting and governance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will manage intercompany processes and coordinate audits, supporting monthly closes and balance sheet reviews for LATAM units. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2–3 years in general accounting, with English at an intermediate level and experience with Oracle, SAP or HFM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.
• Understand the whole process including taxes and regulatory aspects for collaboration with finance controller, franchises and innovation projects.
• 2–3 years experience in general accounting or similar roles required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for financial reporting and governance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Drive operational excellence, manage risk, and deliver high-quality financial information for decision-making.
• Support month-end close and intercompany processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Coordinate audits and support external/internal audit processes.
• Perform balance sheet analysis and account reconciliation for LATAM operating units.
