RENOVARE13 in Mexico City seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information, overseeing accounting processes and preparing reports compliant with IFRS and US GAAP.

The role requires leading teams, coordinating with cross‑functional departments across Latin America, and ensuring compliance with Mexican tax laws while optimizing cash flow and internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
• At least 4 years in supervisory/managerial roles in accounting/finance with team leadership.
• Experience in accounting/financial management for multiple entities in Mexico and Latin America.
• Full-time schedule with in-person work at corporate offices.
• Advanced English for professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate contracts and opportunities.
• Manage accounts receivable portfolio and credit risk.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and revenue projection for Mexico and Latin America.
• Monitor contract financials and ensure timely billing per milestones and terms.
• Develop cash flow projections and ensure liquidity.
