Pérez-Llorca invites a seasoned Finance professional to lead the Management Control and FP&A team for LATAM from Mexico City. You will steer budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis by office, practice area and client, and oversee WIP, billing and KPI reporting to regional and global management.

Reporting to the Global Finance Director, you will drive financial transformation, develop scenarios, and provide strategic insights to maximise profitability and support partners in

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in Finance would be highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the annual budgeting process for the LATAM offices.
• Coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Developing financial scenarios and business forecasts.
• Identifying risks and opportunities in relation to the financial objectives.
• Analysing profitability by office, practice area, client and partner.
• Carrying out pricing analyses and proposals to improve profitability.
• Developing and monitoring financial and operational KPIs.
