FOX LATAM is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for Mexico City to oversee day-to-day regional accounting operations, AR workflows, and the month-end close across Mexico and Central America. You will ensure tax compliance, align with US GAAP and local standards, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced multinational setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5 years of accounting experience, 1–2 years of leadership, strong English/Spanish skills, and expertise in ERP systems with an emphasis on tax

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5 years progressive accounting experience; 1–2 years supervising staff.
• Experience with Central American entities preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• ERP systems experience; Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily accounting activities across Mexico and Central America.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; manage intercompany entries.
• Ensure tax compliance including CFDI 4.0 and Central American e-invoicing.
• Collaborate with shared services, finance, tax, and treasury teams.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audit deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
• Manage cross-border customer reconciliations and onboarding due diligence.
