FOX LATAM in Mexico City is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, manage AR workflows, and drive month-end closing across Mexico and Central America.

The role ensures tax compliance (CFDI 4.0 and regional e-invoicing), aligns with US GAAP and local standards, and leads junior staff in a fast-paced multinational environment. Strong analytical skills, multi-entity experience, and proficiency in English and Spanish are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5 years progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2 years supervising accounting staff.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with multi-entity regional accounting.
• Strong knowledge of CFDI 4.0 and Central American tax.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting across Mexico and Central America.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and journal entries.
• Ensure tax compliance including CFDI 4.0 and e-invoicing.
• Coordinate with shared service centers and treasury.
• Maintain internal controls and assist audit deliverables.
• Identify automation opportunities across countries.
