Overseas is seeking a Senior Accountant (AI-Native) to own the full accounting function for a fast-scaling premium food brand. You will bring day-to-day accounting in house, run monthly close, own ledger and financial statements, and build dashboards and automated workflows using AI.

This is technology-forward: you will use Claude daily, reconcile CPG inventory across locations, ensure US GAAP compliance, and own the cloud stack with Xero and Airtable. Remote role with US business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial statement prep.
• CPG inventory reconciliation across multiple locations.
• Ability to build dashboards and automate workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Claude AI and data sanity checks.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full accounting function, including month-end close and financial statements.
• Reconcile CPG inventory across locations and channels.
• Apply US GAAP revenue recognition for a consumer brand.
• Own deductions, chargebacks, and cash flow reporting.
• Build live dashboards and AI-powered workflows for visibility.
• Maintain cloud stack with Xero and Airtable and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with outside firm to internalize work and scale finance.
