Overseas is seeking a Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for a fast-moving AI product company building an operating stack for medium-size business operators. The role involves gathering customer requirements, shaping direction, and developing AI tools that fulfill those needs.

You will work remotely with US business hours, be paid in USD bi-monthly, and join a high-ownership team focused on turning customer insight into automated, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Genuine AI fluency and ability to bridge customer requirements with AI implementation.
• Experience in product management or product operations with strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong written English for documentation and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Talk with customers to understand needs and translate into product briefs and AI skill specs.
• Build AI skills and automations that fulfill customer requirements.
• Own delivery of product initiatives from requirement through deployment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep builds on track and aligned with customer expectations.
• Document processes and AI configurations for others to build on.
