The Clorox Company is seeking a Staff Accountant to lead the revenue close process and deliver accurate, timely reporting. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and external partners to ensure robust internal controls and compliant accounting practices.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation, and leveraging AI to accelerate monthly and quarterly closes. Hybrid workplace and bilingual requirements reflect our global, diverse team and US GAAP focus.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial statement prep.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance for revenue, e-commerce, broker commissions, and O2C support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and business units on accounting issues.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline work and improve insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and expedite close cycles.
• Handle ad hoc requests and projects for the Sales accounting group.
