Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales and plant/print teams. You will ensure clear communication, accurate order processing and seamless project execution across manufacturing, distribution and transportation.

The role emphasizes translating client needs into production specs, reporting, and KPI delivery, with a focus on client satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service or account management experience.
• Deep knowledge of demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory replenishment, forecasting, scheduling, inventory optimization, and manufacturing in a large-scale environment.
• Strong working knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint).
• Ability to interface with multiple functional groups and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for the relationship with major clients regarding manufacturing, planning, distribution, packaging, and supply chain activities.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce reports and dashboards.
• Translate client needs into production-ready specifications for plant and print teams.
• Coordinate with sales and plant teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Produce quotations and formal price proposals for prospective customers.
• Monitor production status and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and SLAs within time constraints.
