Job summary

Novartis Mexico City is seeking an RLT Account Customer Support Associate to ensure seamless materials flow, data accuracy, and order execution across the supply chain. You will partner with production sites, suppliers, and customer teams to support planning, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment while adhering to GxP and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, maintaining product availability, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, or related functions.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability aligned with production plans and demand.
• Monitor MRP, analyze exceptions, mitigate supply risks.
• Manage purchase order activities and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and suppliers to maintain supply continuity.
• Execute logistics and distribution processes with compliance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material flows and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany order fulfillment and escalations.
• Support returns, credits, rebates, and other customer service processes.
• Maintain accurate master data and support continuous improvements.
