(0429) seeks a Production Achieving and Operational Control professional responsible for on-time manufacturing and quality targets within the cost framework. You will coordinate resources to meet the production plan and drive improvements in efficiency. Responsibilities include allocating staff per demand, transferring finished goods to the warehouse with SAP backflushing, and maintaining inventory accuracy while enforcing PPCM guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or production contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure products are manufactured on time meeting quality targets and cost constraints.
• Ensure finished goods are produced in correct quantities per production schedule.
• Identify production schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Allocate personnel according to demand released by the production plan.
• Ensure timely transfer of finished goods to the warehouse with SAP backflushing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies within the area of responsibility.
• Manage product and process changes per PPCM (Product Process Change Management).

Job Description

Production Achieving and Operational Control Responsibilities

Ensure products are manufactured on time while delivering the required quality standards within established cost target

Ensure finished goods are produced in the correct quantities according to the production schedule.

Identify production schedule deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Allocate personnel according to demand, released by the production plan.

Ensure the timely transfer of finished goods to the warehouse, including the corresponding SAP backflushing transactions.

Ensure there are no inventory discrepancies within the area of responsibility.

Ensure the proper management of product and process changes in accordance with the Product Process Change Management (PPCM) process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• People Management
  • Personnel management (Lead the Leaders)

Operational Management

Production planning and capacity optimization

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, FPY, and scrap rate reduction

Shift planning and resource allocation

Process Improvement

Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

Root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
